    Relationship Managers (Financial Institution)

    As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients while driving business growth through proactive client engagement and credit solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying client needs and providing tailored financial solutions that align with their goals and strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
    • Develop and execute strategies to deepen client relationships, cross-sell products, and achieve sales targets.
    • Identify clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate credit and financial solutions 
    • Conduct client meetings and presentations to provide financial advice and updates on products and services.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate closely with credit analysts, product teams, and operations to deliver seamless services to clients.
    • Monitor clients’ credit utilization and repayment behaviors to proactively manage credit risk.
    • Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare regular reports on client activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
    • Support compliance and adhere strictly to internal policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development within the financial service sector.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales and portfolio growth targets.
    • Strong understanding of credit products, financial analysis, and lending processes.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
    • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
