    Relationship Managers – Digital Lending (Business)

    We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill this role. The role holder will handle customer acquisition within the Business space, drive asset creation and portfolio growth of the business space and sell existing Digital Lending products to prospective and existing merchants and SME’s.

    Job Details

    Customer Acquisition & Retention:

    • Drive customer acquisition on digital lending products within the Business space. 
    • Ensure retention of customers within the business space.

    Asset Growth:

    • Drive loan creation and asset growth within the business space.

    Revenue Generation and Growth:

    • Drive revenue growth from lending products and solutions within the business space.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure viability of the lending products within the business space.

    Requirements

    Education/ Professional Qualification:

    • Minimum of 6-10 years of sales/relationship management of SMEs/Businesses within the Financial Services industry. Specifically, Banking or FinTech. 
    • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales/product management within the Digital Lending space. 
    • Intermediate to Expert knowledge of risk asset creation for SME’s and businesses, specifically within the Education, Trading, FMCG and e-commerce sectors. 
    • Intermediate to expert knowledge of credit risk management principles.

    Competencies Requirement:
