Job Summary

• The Relationship Manager – Retail will focus on acquiring and managing retail clients while driving deposit mobilization and product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new retail clients and grow the customer base.
• Promote fixed deposit and other liability products.
• Manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across financial products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide market feedback and customer insights.
• Ensure proper onboarding and documentation of clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Experience in deposit mobilization is highly preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Target-driven with strong customer focus.
