Relationship Manager – Retail Banking at Maurice Xandra Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new retail customers and grow the customer portfolio.
• Promote banking products, including savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and consumer loans.
• Drive deposit mobilisation, low-cost deposits, and transaction volumes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products and services.
• Market retail loan products, support credit assessments, and monitor loan repayments.
• Drive customer enrolment and active usage of digital banking platforms.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify business opportunities, and achieve assigned targets.
• Ensure compliance with CBN regulations, KYC, AML, and other applicable requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit periodic performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of retail banking products, deposit mobilisation, and consumer lending.
• Strong sales, relationship management, communication, and customer service skills.
• Results-driven, with good analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
