Key Requirements
A BSc in Accounting or a related numerate discipline is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in relationship management, customer success, customer support, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills.
Experience with service desk platforms such as Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, or similar tools.
Ability to manage multiple requests and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
