This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Polaris Bank Ltd. located in Lagos.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing appropriate banking solutions.
The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for promoting and cross-selling the bank's products and services, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Knowledge of financial products and services
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Good understanding of banking regulations and compliance
Ability to analyze and assess clients' financial needs
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in sales or relationship management roles is a plus
