    Relationship Manager – Capital Markets

    Overview:

    Kickstart and drive growth by connecting clients with our capital market and money market solutions. You’ll be the bridge between Retail, HNI, and corporate clients and our full spectrum of investment products. If you’re a self-starter who loves lively conversations, problem-solving, and turning relationships into revenue, this is your stage.

    What you’ll do:

    • Grow the business by selling capital market and investment products to Retail, HNI, and corporate clients.
    • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both individual and corporate clients.
    • Expand the client base and increase market share by presenting our comprehensive product suite.
    • Proactively notify clients about investment maturities and next steps well ahead of time.
    • Maximize profitability of portfolio investments through smart recommendations and ongoing optimization.
    • Resolve client questions and complaints quickly, professionally, and proactively.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and deliver exceptional service.
    • Stay on top of market trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to provide informed guidance.

    Qualifications:

    • First Degree in any discipline from an accredited higher institution.

    Experience:

    • 3 to 7 years of sales and business development experience in the banking/financial sector.

    Skills & competencies:

    • Self-starting ability and a proactive mindset.
    • Collaborative, team-spirited approach.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Sharp numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
