Our client is looking to urgently fill the position of a Regulatory / Pharmacovigilance Executive to oversee all safety and compliance responsibilities related to drug products and regulatory engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a 24/7 single contact point for NAFDAC
Maintain and manage the Pharmacovigilance (PV) System
Submit Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reports promptly
Prepare Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs)
Monitor and report product safety concerns
Coordinate the destruction of expired/rejected products
Handle suspected product-faking issues
Train internal staff on safety reporting protocols
Maintain the PV System Master File (PSMF)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related sciences
Minimum 3 years of regulatory/pharmacovigilance experience
In-depth knowledge of NAFDAC regulations and industry best practices
Strong documentation, compliance, and communication skills.
