    Regulatory Compliance Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Assume full responsibility to ensure 100% compliance with NCC regulations on SIM registration and KYC compliance
    • Hands on coordination with BI, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance & Network teams to prepare the monthly NCC reports
    • Review the reports thoroughly to identify possible infractions in SIM registration or KYC data
    • Coordinate with relevant functions to rectify infractions or mistakes in the reports
    • Conduct a monthly cross-functional audit of the KYC compliance and SIM registration data before submission to NCC
    • Must ensure that all NCC reports are submitted on time and without any infractions or error
    • Monitor and review daily Sales SIM registration and CX KYC team activities to ensure zero KYC infractions 
    • Coordinate with BI and sales to fix legacy compliance issues related to KYC
    • Update management on a weekly and monthly basis on the compliance progress and NCC audits 
    • Prepare and execute periodic BTL campaigns to update legacy KYC issues 
    • Maintain, review and update all sections of the KYC Compliance policies and procedures
    • Coordinate with BI, Sales, IT and regulatory teams to update Smile system and channel compliance from time to time

    Academic Qualifications

    • University Degree

    Work Experience & Skills

    • 5 years of telcoms experience
    • Experience in Telecom KYC and compliance is desirable
