    Registrar

    Position Overview

    • The University Registrar is the Chief Administrative Officer of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.
    • The Registrar will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the university, excluding financial matters.
    • Additionally, the Registrar serves as the Secretary to the Council, the Senate, and Convocation.

    Eligibility of Candidate

    • A good honours Degree from a recognized university.
    • At least fifteen (15) years of post-graduation experience, with eight (8) of those years within a University Registry or Human Resources Department/Management of a Corporate Institution.
    • Applicants with a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline and/or other relevant professional qualifications will have an advantage.
    • Proficiency in the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
    • High moral standards, impeccable character, and proven integrity with an irrevocable commitment to best corporate practice.
    • Good physical and mental health, free from any inhibiting health conditions.
    • Age not above fifty-eight (58) years at the time of this advertisement.

    Condition of Service
    The Registrar shall hold office for a single term of five (5) years only. The remuneration and other conditions of service are as specified in the enabling Laws and Regulations of the University.

    • Names and Addresses of three (3) referees (one of whom should be the head of the institution where the candidate currently works).
