Regional Supervisor at Bayshore Technologies Limited

Responsibilities

• Supervision of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to achieve Power Availability of 99.90%. Providing assistance, advice, and micro-management of FSEs when crisis arise on site
• Analyze and identify all performance-related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss
• Provide training to workers and provide upgrades to various technical skills as required
• Carry out spot checks at the site according to schedule
• Analyze opportunities, recommend ways to improve efficiency, reduce cost in material administration and spare dimension
• Interface with suppliers on spare management and all preventive maintenance job
• Build a working relationship with the regional team
• Perform audits on various operations, prepare regular reports on site performance, and ensure documentations are available when needed
• Provide project updates within the required timeline and delegate individual tasks
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies
• Attend meetings with the customer on identified KPI and performance index
• Have documented proof of all PPM activities
• Collate JCC for sign-off at the region and submit same within the agreeable time frame.

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills

• B.Sc / HND in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Trade test 1, 2 & 3 or any certificate from a recognized certifying body
• Rectifier, ATS, AC installation and repair
• Generator Overhauling and installation.

Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years):

• Minimum of 3 years experiencein the field
• Minimum work experience of 3 years in the Telecommunications industry specifically Huawei.
