    Regional Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the area, including prospecting and networking.
    • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any related fields.
    • 5+ years of sales experience.
    • Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., CSP, CSM).
