    Regional Sales Manager

    • The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving Retail Sales operations within a designated region.
    • This leadership position focuses on rnanaging, mentoring, and guiding sales teams, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximize regional sales performance.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Bachelor's degree / HND in Business Administration, insurance or related discipline.
    • Professional qualifications / membership (ie., CIIN, etc.) would be an added advantage
    • Minimum Of 5 years' experience in a related role.
    • Proven track record Of managing and leading successful sales teams within the insurance industry.
    • Existing network Of contacts within the insurance industry.
