Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Lagos Island.
• The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and managing the sales team.
• Daily tasks include coordinating with other departments, analyzing market trends, creating sales reports, and maintaining relationships with key clients.
• he role entails regular market visits to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with the company’s strategy and goals.

• Proficiency in sales strategy development and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in market analysis and sales forecasting
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
