    Regional Sales Manager

    Job Purpose

    • The overall strategic management of the retail channel, covering sales and operations.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Talent Acquisition: Actively seek and onboard new sales consultants to join our dynamic team.
    • Point of Sales Development: Initiate and oversee the establishment of new point-of-sale locations to expand our market reach.
    • Partner Network Expansion: Drive the growth of our partner store network, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
    • Sales Team Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, addressing their needs and helping them excel.
    • Target Assignment and Team Motivation: Allocate targets and guide the team towards achieving their goals through effective leadership.
    • Strategic Business Growth: Collaborate in developing and implementing strategies to drive business expansion within the region.
    • Performance Management: Implement performance management measures for the entire retail team in the region, ensuring high standards and productivity.
    • Data-Driven Sales Analysis: Utilize data analytics to generate insightful sales analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Sales Consultant Training: Conduct training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of sales consultants.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
    • Strong commitment to team development and success.
    • Cognate experience in Mobile Financing sector
    • Experience in as a key account manager in mobile sales distribution.
