The LPG Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of LPG strategies and marketing plans to deliver sales growth and market share objectives in his region of coverage.
The role holder will also be responsible to supervise, coach and develop the LPG personnel in the region to ensure they achieve their full potential.
Qualifications
A university degree (minimum of second class lower) in any relevant Science discipline
Relevant post graduate qualification would be an added advantage
At least 8 years of proven sales and business development experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role within the Oil & Gas, FMCG, or related industry.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market share growth.
Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and developing profitable long-term customer relationships.
Solid background in market research, competitor analysis, and developing go-to-market strategies.
Experience in channel development and penetrating new markets.
