    Regional Sales Agent

    Key Tasks

    • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales tactics and marketing strategies in the region of operation.
    • Implement territory action plans through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
    • Provide updates on regional sales deliverables and activities
    • Analyze market trends and new opportunities for growth
    • Analyze potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
    • Suggest innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
    • Manage the activities of field agents and their customers in the designated region

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Agriculture, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management Studies or related fields.
    • Detailed knowledge of the peculiarities, agricultural value chain, farm settlements and extensions in the region.
    • Able to use computer applications, web applications, and mobile applications.
    • A minimum of 1 year proven experience in field sales
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Willingness to travel within the region.
