Regional Operations & Display Manager at Transsion Holdings

About the Role

• Itel is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Regional Operations & Display Manager to lead store operations and visual merchandising efforts in the Ibadan region.
• This role will oversee the implementation of display standards, store activities, and the management of promotional assets to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience across all Itel Home Stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the learning, promotion, implementation, and rectification of in-store display standards across all regional stores.
• Coordinate the application, distribution, and monitoring of store gifts, marketing materials, props, and product prototypes.
• Develop and execute store-level activity plans, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Monitor and implement all store-based operational tasks, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency.
• Regularly audit store performance, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Support new store openings with operational planning, display setup, and promotional alignment.
• Train store staff on Itel’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and visual merchandising best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in retail operations, visual merchandising, or regional field management.
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.
• Good communication and leadership ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
• Ability to travel frequently within the Ibadan region.
