The person in this position is responsible for driving retail outlet expansion, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless client onboarding.
Oversees implementation of operational systems, regulatory compliance, and property acquisition processes while maintaining preventive maintenance standards.
Also focuses on cost optimization and driving Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) initiatives to support overall business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive the expansion of retail outlets
Achieve sales target on all products
Generate new leads
Ensure complete client onboarding within the stipulated timeline
Ensure all pending Regulatory Approvals are resolved
Ensure complete property acquisitions with accurate procedures.
Ensure adherence to the preventive maintenance schedule
Drive cost saving NFR initiative
Increase market share through regular sales efforts
