Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role in Ibadan for a Regional Manager at Alert Group. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of Alert Microfinance Bank and Auto Bucks in the region, managing a team of branch managers, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- A current Branch Manager in an MFB
- Experience in financial services or microfinance sector
- Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus
