JOB SUMMARY
- We are seeking a highly driven, commercially aggressive, and results-oriented Regional Business Development Managers to lead the market penetration, customer acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships for our Telemedicine Digital Health Platform across Nigeria.
- The ideal candidates will have strong experience in field sales leadership, institutional sales, healthcare partnerships, regional market expansion, and B2B/B2G commercial growth.
- The role requires someone capable of driving rapid adoption of digital healthcare solutions across hospitals, HMOs, pharmacies, corporate organizations, government institutions, NGOs, and underserved communities.
- This is a highly performance-driven role with aggressive sales and expansion targets.
- The successful candidate must demonstrate strong execution ability, regional market intelligence, relationship management skills, and the resilience required to scale a fast-growing health-tech platform in Nigeria.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional Market Penetration & Expansion
- Drive aggressive market penetration strategies within assigned regions across Nigeria
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans
- Identify high-potential markets, institutions, and partnership opportunities
- Expand platform visibility and customer adoption across urban and semi-urban locations
- Lead territory mapping and market intelligence gathering
- Establish regional sales channels and partnership networks
Revenue Generation & Sales Growth
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Drive subscription sales and platform onboarding
- Generate institutional sales opportunities and close high-value deals
- Increase active users and recurring revenue within assigned territories
- Identify monetization opportunities across healthcare ecosystems
- Build sustainable pipelines for long-term revenue growth
Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with:
