Takes samples of products from the production line for Quality analyses
Maintains equipment in optimum condition
Keeps the environment of the refinery clean in line with GMP and 5S philosophy
Operates the equipment through SCADA to obtain consistent and continuous operation of the plant in line with the detailed production plans.
Takes readings of gauges and meters at regular intervals
Makes records of operational parameters
Troubleshoots minor problems
To comply with all safety rules laid down in the refinery
Ensures all production tank levels are known and accurate during operations
Fills and maintains adequate levels of process chemicals for the refining process.
Replaces all filters as at when due as stated in the operational plans
Prepares equipment and raw materials according to the processing schedule.
To ensure compliance with relevant AIB, QMS, Food Safety, OHS & EMS policies and procedures.
To identify and rate aspects of the departmental activities and develop programs where necessary, to help control those aspects that could have adverse impact on the environment.
