Recycling Innovation Officer at Pad-up Creations

The Recycling Innovation Officer will manage our recycling hub, focusingon developing new designs and products from recyclable waste generatedin our production processes. This role involves promoting and marketinginnovative recycled products to our existing clients while activelyseeking out new customers to expand our market reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our recycling hub, ensuring efficientprocessing of recyclable materials
• Develop product designs and solutions from recyclable waste.Promote and market recycled products to existing clients and pursue newbusiness opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and recycling teams to ensure product qualityand sustainability.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability,Business Administration or a related field.Proven experience in the recycling industry or a related field, with afocus on innovation and technology development.Strong understanding of recycling processes, waste management systems,and material science.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop new solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated project management skills and experience in leadingcross-functional initiatives.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to advancing recyclingpractices.
