About the Role

As a Recruitment Sales Trainee, you’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to relationship management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Completed NYSC
- 0–1 year experience in customer-facing or sales roles
- Desire to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment
- Must be based near Lekki Phase 1
