Recovery Officer at BoroMe Limited

We are looking to hire a full time recovery manager that; can develop collection strategies to minimize “bad-debt” portfolio loss, capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.

Duties:

• Develop and sort out the recovery strategy to reduce incidents of overdue loans.
• Assist risk department to carry out risk control.
• Use comprehensive skills and means to complete the recovery task.
• Submit a credit report to the credit bureau.

Job Requirements:

• Background in Credit Recovery, Clear and Systematic understanding of risks.
• Good communication skills and ability to withstand work Pressure
• Have Recovery experience and Proficient and Skillful in Negotiation.
