    Recovery Officer

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recovery Officer based in Lagos, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for pursuing overdue accounts, negotiating repayment plans, and managing debt recovery processes to ensure timely settlements. The individual will collaborate with customers to resolve financial issues, monitor account status, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining efficient record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations.

     

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Debt Collection and knowledge of Finance principles
    • Strong Interpersonal Skills and a focus on Customer Service excellence
    • Analytical Skills to assess accounts and create effective recovery strategies
    • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance practices is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Ability to work independently, proactively, and effectively in a hybrid work environment
    • Proven experience in a similar recovery or collections role is an advantage
