Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Receptionists to strengthen our Front Office & Patient Experience team. The successful candidate will deliver an excellent service, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement at Enugu International Hospital.
• You will  work within a multidisciplinary team serving patients across South-East Nigeria, with access to modern facilities and a clear pathway for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality, reliable service within the Front Office & Patient Experience function
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals
• Maintain accurate records and uphold organisational standards
• Support quality improvement and process-efficiency initiatives
• Uphold health, safety, and compliance requirements at all times

• Contribute to a professional and patient-focused hospital environment

Qualifications and Experience

• OND / SSCE with 2 years experience and must have front-desk experience and strong communication skills
• Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
