Location: Opebi, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for walk-in customers.
• Answer customers' questions, process their requests, and schedule all appointments.
• Keep a proper log of visitors and clients.
• Answer incoming calls and manage the inflow and outflow of correspondence.
• Work in sync with other members of staff to ensure proper flow of information and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience.
• He / She must be computer literate and must be fluent in English.
• Aged not more than 30 years old.

Salary
N40,000 monthly.
