The Role

• The role will be responsible for carrying out credit checks on clients’ payment culture, generating invoices and account statements, Maintenance of account receivable files, and maintaining a record list, sharing confirmation of goods received by clients.

Job Description
Sales Invoice Generation:

• Order fulfillment confirmation
• Documentation confirmation.
• Billing / Invoice generation

Revenue Ascertainment:

• Confirmation of invoice receipt by clients

Relationship Management:

• Periodic engagement client of

Reporting:
Receivables Progress Report Update

• Weekly Expected Inflow report
• Aging analysis of Weekly/ Monthly Inflow Report
• Weekly Extracts of Receivables with less than 15 days before due date…etc

Client Onboarding:
Client profiling:

• Client profiling – Client Counter Credit List
• Credit Sales determination

Debt Recovery:

• Timeline reminders
• Internally Generated Demand Notice (s)
• Litigation Processes
• All other jobs as assigned by LINE MANAGER.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
• Professional qualification (ICAN) is considered a plus.
• Smart analytical, detailed, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills...
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
