    Real Estate Sales Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Establishing and overseeing an elite sales force for HSF Development Partners, forming a critical department within the organization.
    • Identifying and cultivating potential clients and leads through diverse channels such as our online platform, referrals, networking, cold calling, and targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Cultivating strong relationships with homebuyers to understand their specific needs, preferences, and financial capacities.
    • Building and nurturing relationships with reputable developers nationwide.
    • Conducting comprehensive property evaluations and furnishing accurate information to homebuyers regarding available properties, pricing, financing options, and prevailing market trends.
    • Arranging property viewings and personally guiding homebuyers on site visits, effectively showcasing the unique features and advantages of each property.
    • Skilfully negotiating favourable terms with developers on behalf of HSF Development Partners.
    • Preparing and presenting sales contracts, purchase agreements, and other pertinent documents in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
    • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to devise and execute impactful sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and advertising materials to attract prospective buyers.
    • Remaining abreast of industry developments, market conditions, and competitive trends to identify new business prospects and optimize sales performance.
    • Maintaining meticulous records of sales activities, client interactions, and property transactions utilizing the company's CRM system.
    • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring utmost satisfaction and loyalty among clients.
    • Meeting or surpassing sales targets, revenue objectives, and performance benchmarks as established by the company.
    • Providing guidance and mentorship to a team of junior sales managers.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated track record of success in real estate sales or a similar role, preferably within the Nigerian market.
    • Thorough understanding of local real estate market dynamics, regulations, and trends.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a keen passion for sales and customer service.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Possession of a valid real estate license or certification (preferred).
    • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, to accommodate client schedules and business needs.
