    Real Estate Sales Executive

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • The real estate sales executives will generally oversee various activities that lead up to the purchase and sales of properties.

    Responsibilities

    • To broker property deals between sellers and buyers.
    • To oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
    • To facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal.
    • To meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
    • To communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
    • To oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.
    • To coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 3 - 4 years work experience
