Real Estate Sales Executive at FIPS MultiLinks Limited

• Develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale is closed.
• Utilize systems and coordinates customer relation requirements as appropriate.
• Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
• Arrange/design advertising to promote the properties and execute effective B2B and B2C
• To maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business
• Present the company's products to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, virtual meetings, cold calls and emails.
• Schedule and conduct site inspections and follow up effectively with client till closure

KPI’s

• Generate new leads on weekly basis
• Meet at least 60% of monthly target
• Increase monthly social media presence
• Use of HubSpot
• Reports writing

Note:

• We prefer candidates residing around Lekki, Ajah, Lagos Island and environs.

Renumeration:

• Monthly salary+ commission on sales + bonuses on hitting and surpassing targets
