Job Description 

• Vala Homes, a real estate & investment consultancy company is looking to employ the services of a qualified real estate listing agent.
• The ideal candidate would be responsible for organizing the company's listings including posting on the company's Instagram page and website, advising clients and potential clients on real estate investment opportunities and scheduling client meetings and inspections. 

Requirements 

• BSC in any art or related discipline
• Must have concluded NYSC 
• Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate or related field 
• Must be fluent in written and oral communication 
• Must have presentation skills 
• Must be organized and able to work with little or no supervision 
• Must be proficient in the use of social media 

Job Roles 

• Update the Instagram and web platform of the company on a regular basis with the properties information 
• Schedule client meetings and inspections 
• Analyse real estate investment options and advise clients 
• Prepare regular updates and attend update meetings with the board of directors 
• Anchor clients virtual meetings 
• Prepare and make video presentations as directed by the company for the purpose of advising clients on property related topics
• Engage in property presentations to be shared with clients and potential clients
