Description

• We are looking to hire a Radiographer with an excellent and outstanding and knowledge in radiographic examination with the use of imaging technologies: Xray Ct scan, mammogram, ultrasound and MRI.
• The individual should have a fantastic and organizational and reporting skills.
• The candidate should have the willingness and ability to handle uncertainty and conflicting demands while remaining calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Performing radiographic examination using x ray, CT scan, MRI, Mamograph and Ultrasound imaging technologies in compliance with international standards.
• Ensure that all images are reviewed by an appointed Radiologist.
• Performing a wide range of radiographic examinations on patients to produce highquality images.
• Explain procedures, (the risks, benefits, and alternatives treatments) observing and maintaining contact with patients during their waiting, examination and post examination stay in the department.

Requirements

• A Degree in Radiography (B. Rad)
• Current License practice by National Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria
• Must have completed the mandatory 1 year National Youth Service Corp Program.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience post qualification
• Familiarity with the use of digital X-ray, CT scan, Ultrasound, MRI equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
