Quantity Surveyor at Teegee Structures Limited

• We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost planning, contract administration, and financial control of projects to ensure value for money and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
• Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations
• Conduct measurement and cost analysis for ongoing and completed works
• Prepare interim payment certificates and final accounts
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and company cost-control procedures

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2–5 years relevant experience (adjust as required)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, costing, and contracts
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software
• Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills
• Professional membership (NIQS or equivalent) is an added advantage
