Quantity Surveyor
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Lagos
- City Lekki
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
- Professional certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in cost management software such as CostX, Candy, or MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, JCT).
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, labor regulations, and procurement standards.
