Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and valuations.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience (AfDB/donor-funded projects preferred).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
