Quantity Surveyor at Megawatts Nigeria Limited

Role Description:

• Liaise with site engineers to prepare regular monthly progress reports for all projects;
• Valuation of work-done on site (Monthly basis);
• Liaise with sore/procurement officers to obtain and develop a detailed report of materials on/off site for valuation purposes;
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate ongoing works and confirm compliance with project specifications and contract bill of quantities;
• Tracking of change order requests and approval by consultants.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interprete technical materials effectively and accurately;
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and specifications;
• Ability to develop and deliver detailed cost and progress reports of all projects on a regular monthly basis;
• Strong attention to details and accuracy;
• Ability to manage multiple projects within timelines;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
