• Perform feasibility studies and provide cost advice during design development and construction stages
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and make recommendations for subcontractors or suppliers
• Negotiate rates and contract terms with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure all procurement aligns with company cost targets and quality standards
• Contract administration: variations, claims, and change orders documentations
• Cost control and financial management
• Prepare valuation for work done and final accounts.
• Identify commercial and contractual risk
• Implement value engineering
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all commercial activities
