• Preparation of BOQs and other documentation
• Adjusting budget projections 
• Preparation of Project milestones
• Perform cost management
• Estimate quantity and costs of materials
• Keep track with periodic market survey
• Contract administration

PERSONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Survey.
• Possess at least 1 year experience in Quantity Survey
• Member of NIQS as added advantage 
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and QS software.
• Effective documentation Skills needed.
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials & pricing
