Fabcom Structural Limited, a leading roofing manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee and maintain product quality within the Production Technology Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures.
Conducting quality inspections and audits throughout the production process.
Analyzing quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Implementing corrective actions to address quality issues.
Training employees on quality standards and procedures.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure product quality.
Ensuring compliance with industry quality standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management positions within manufacturing companies.
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
