    Quality Management Unit (QMU) Officer

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in Quality Management or related role
    • BSc/HND in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
    • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
    • Experience in construction or real estate project quality assurance
    • Ability to develop and implement quality plans and inspection processes
    • Conduct quality inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring
    • Experience with non-conformance reporting and corrective actions
    • Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills
    • Ability to work on-site and enforce quality standards
