Quality Management Systems Representative at Nexant Consulting Limited

Directs and coordinates the activities and all contracts of the engineering department, to ensure they are delivered to scope, budget, time and program by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors;

1. Supporting other process owners in monitoring and administering quality management systems responsibility of their processes;
2. Producing accurate quality management reports in a timely manner;
3. Producing working QMS calendars, distributing and monitoring it to ensure compliance;
4. Maintenance and controlling the quality management system of the organization to ensure continuation of compliance and certification status;
5. Liaising with the external auditors, site engineers and other process owners and providing assistance when requested;
6. Implementing the Corrective Action Request and Non-conforming Products Request procedures and following up on resolution of nonconformities, including maintaining the logs and reporting to Management;
7. Assisting Management in planning, coordinating, executing and reporting on the Management Review Meetings;
8. Producing, reviewing and revising QMS procedures and related QMS documents and ensuring their continued suitability;
9. Ensuring that all QMS documents, deliverables and reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner;
10. Production of audit plans and programmes and execution of internal audits as required;
11. Management and coordination of external audits when required;
12. Training of staff on QMS requirements.
