Quality Laboratory Analyst at Vitafoam Nigeria Plc

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Monitor quality parameters to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
• Document and analyze test results, preparing reports for management.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and address quality issues.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or foam industry.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality assurance principles.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
