Quality Cum Packing Shift Supervisor at PG Consulting limited

Job Summary:

• We are currently looking to hire an experienced Quality Cum Packing Shift Supervisor for one of our clients in Cashew production and export, who oversees the packing and shipping processes within a warehouse or distribution center. He ensures that orders are accurately packed, labeled, and shipped on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the packing and shipping activities.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of orders.
• Supervise a team of packers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of packing supplies.
• Collaborate with other warehouse teams to optimize logistics and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure that products are packed according to specifications.
• Generate and maintain accurate packing and shipping records.

Requirements/Skills

• Degree in Management or relevant field
• 3-7 years experience in a Food/Manufacturing plants
• Previous experience in Cashew processing industries is an added advantage
• Proven experience in packing or warehouse supervision.
• Knowledge of packing techniques and materials.
• Strong attention to detail.
