Daily monitor of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for compliance
Verification of chillers and freezer temperature for compliance
Perform environmental swabs and microbiological sampling, take food samples for laboratory analysis
Obtain Chef Table samples to verify compliance to specification
Assist in specific training and daily initiatives addressing quality, food safety, and sanitation issues to drive process improvements
Conduct workstation inspections to verify compliance (gold standard and portion control weight verification, specs, sanitizer, food temperatures, HACCP documentation)
Verify that Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) logs and other documents are accurately completed on a daily basis
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge.
knowledge of HACCP and hygiene policies.
Strong people and process management skills.
Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
