Newedge Finance Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Officer to monitor, evaluate, and ensure compliance with company standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess agent performance and work quality
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Identify gaps, errors, and areas for improvement
• Prepare quality reports and provide feedback to relevant teams
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• HND or BSc qualification
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Computer literate (Excel & basic reporting tools)
• Experience in QC, audit, or monitoring is an advantage
