Quality Control Officer

Our client is a fast-growing Nigerian agribusiness. Due to expansion, they are looking to fill the role of a Quality Control Officer.

Job Summary

Responsible for inspecting incoming and outgoing agricultural commodities to ensure compliance with company quality standards.

Location: Zaria, Kaduna.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct commodity inspection and sampling.
- Measure moisture content and impurity levels.
- Prepare inspection reports.
- Recommend acceptance or rejection of commodities.
- Ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Maintain inspection records.
- Report quality concerns promptly.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Agriculture, Food Science, Crop Science, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years\' experience in grain inspection, quality assurance, agribusiness, grain trading, milling, or food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of grain grading and quality assessment techniques.
- Good attention to detail and reporting skills.
- Reports To: Quality Control & Grain Processing Supervisor
