Quality Control Officer at Bilaad Realty Limited

Role Summary

• Quality control officers make sure completed work and/or work in progress meets the requirements of the plans and specifications.
• Ensuring products meet quality and efficiency standards set by the company.
• In particular to review product quality requirements for projects, to ensure those requirements are understood and implemented to manage the pre-determined quality to meet the requirements of the specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist in maintaining quality control procedures on sites.
• Checking the Project team by ensuring all reports are entered and submitted
• Ensuring all checklists and drawings are distributed to various Supervisors
• Work with senior managers to identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality;
• Note and report on work that does not meet requirements;
• Monitor overall construction performance with regard to technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements;
• Inspect completed work and/or work in progress to determine whether the work meets specifications and plan requirements;
• Interpret and review shop drawings;

Requirements

• Interested candidate should possess an HND, B.Arch, B.Eng, BSc, M.Arch, MBA or MSc with 3 - 7 years work experience.
