Quality Control Manager at LD&D Consulting

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure furniture produced meet required quality specifications.
• Ensure that all processes and products comply with company policies and external regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve quality issues by working with production teams and suppliers to improve processes, reduce defects, and enhance product quality.
• Train and mentor quality control staff on proper inspection and testing techniques, standards, and procedures.
• Address customer complaints related to product quality, analyzing feedback to improve product consistency.
